I understand that life can be out of our control.   I also know patients understand what a tremendous inconvenience late cancellations are in a practice that strives for quality time and promptness.  As such, I do have 48-hour late cancellation, and missed appointment policies for everyone’s comfort and convenience:  cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment have a courtesy fee of $30, and missed appointments (i.e. forgotten, canceled after the start of the appointment, and missed due to tardiness), have a $50 courtesy fee.  I hope this provides some flexibility and courtesy for all.
